Professional experience

Vera is a freelance organisational consultant with main focus on Quality Management in public administration. She supports quality development in organisations in change processes through concept design, consulting, supervision, training and evaluation.

Vera has more than 20 years of professional experience in supporting organisations in change processes. In training courses and seminars, Vera teaches staff at all hierarchical levels on how to carry out organisational assessments, or she facilitates workshops as part of quality development processes.

She was building up and expanding the German CAF network on behalf of the Federal Ministry of the Interior as a research assistant at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. During this time, Vera represented Germany in the EU-wide CAF working group and in the Innovative Public Service Group. She designed and implemented several CAF user conferences and was involved in the further development of CAF.

Vera has trained and educated more than 4.000 employees in the areas of organisational change and quality management, application of the Common Assessment Framework and other methods such as project management or facilitation. She has spoken at conferences around the world and shared insights on conducting self-assessments with CAF.

She is passionate about inspiring people for quality improvement and organisational change.

Vera holds a diploma from the University of Hildesheim and is a trained EFQM Ecxellence Assessor.
