Godefroy de Boiscuillé

Dr Godefroy de Boiscuillé is an external expert at EIPA. He is currently an Associate Professor of Law at Côte d’Azur University (Nice Sophia Antipolis); and co-Director of the Chair “Competition and Digital Economics” at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.

In other respects,  he has published a book which has been awarded the Concurrences Best PhD Award and the international Jacques Lassier Prize. He was also recently granted the IOS research ‘seed money’ funding (round 13) which rewards an “innovative research proposal of high academic quality with a significant social impact”. His researches mainly focus on European Law, Competition Law, Law & Economics, Technology Law and the Law of Artificial Intelligence.
