Menno Spaan is a Public Administration Expert from the Netherlands who specialises in organisational change. He helps public organisations set up their innovation process, advises top executives on innovation issues, and is an internationally sought-after guest speaker on public leadership.

Menno has 25 years of experience as a consultant and coach for public organisations, helping leaders of municipalities, administrative and executive offices realise their change and innovation plans. Menno creates a working relationship built on extensive knowledge and a personal approach.
