Carolin Mehnert

Dr. Carolin Mehnert is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) specialist at DATEV eG. Her expertise lies in linking and transferring theoretical insights from science/academia in that field with the reality in our companies and organizations. Carolin is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of DEI at DATEV. She ensures that concrete measures are taken in order to significantly improve DEI related challenges. She holds a PhD in Critical Race Theory from University of Tuebingen and University of California, Irvine and also works as a speaker and author.
