Thomas Delahais

Quadrant Conseil

Thomas Delahais is a founding partner of Quadrant Conseil, a French cooperative consultancy. He manages evaluation projects and strategic consulting assignments for European and international institutions, as well as for local and national French authorities. He is specialised in impact evaluation, and in particular, in theory-based impact evaluation techniques, such as contribution analysis and realistic evaluation.

Thomas also provides evaluation trainings to many European and French institutions, and helps organisations to design result-oriented policies and improve their evaluation expertise.

He is a lecturer for the Masters in Economy of Local Development and Planning programme at the University of Paris I  Panthéon–Sorbonne.

Prior to establishing his firm, Thomas worked for 10 years as the Director of Innovation at Euréval, a pioneering French evaluation consultancy.
