Michaela Sullivan-Paul

Michaela is a Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence at the European Commission.

She joined EIPA in 2024 as a Researcher. Holding a dual master’s degree, she focused on applying behavioural science and insights from the international AI landscape to support sustainable, human-centred public policies and administrative practices.

During her time at EIPA, her work generated insights for government officials, policymakers, regulators, experts, and users, with a particular focus on AI literacy and awareness, mis-/disinformation, democratic integrity, cybersecurity, and the environmental and social impacts of digital innovation.
