Digital Protections and Artificial Intelligence

Michaela joined EIPA in 2024 as a Researcher. She has a dual master’s degree and she is interested in the application of innovative approaches for public transformation. She applies her knowledge of behavioural science and the international AI landscape to advance sustainable, human-centred, and evidence-based approaches that enhance the objectives and functions of the public sector.

Her work yields insights for government officials, policymakers, regulators, experts, and users, spanning interests in AI literacy and awareness, mis-/disinformation, democratic integrity, cybersecurity, and environmental and social effects of digital innovation.
