Mariolina Eliantonio is a Professor of European and Comparative Administrative Law and Procedure. Her research focuses on the enforcement of European law before national and EU courts. In particular, she studies access to justice before national and European courts (with a special emphasis on environmental matters), the Europeanisation of national administrative procedural law, and the judicial review of new modes of governance.
