Panagiotis Zinonos

Cour supérieure de justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Dr Panagiotis Zinonos is an external expert at EIPA. He currently holds the position of judicial clerk at the Cour supérieure de justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is actively engaged in national and international networks of EU law specialists.

His expertise spans various fields of EU law, with a particular focus on crosscutting issues such as the interplay between national and EU legal orders, litigation of EU law at both EU and national levels, and the implications of the ongoing digital transition.

Prior to his selection as a judicial clerk, Dr Zinonos held positions as a Lecturer at the European Centre for Judges and Lawyers (EIPA Luxembourg) and as a Postdoctoral Researcher in EU law at the University of Luxembourg.

He has authored two monographs, in addition to numerous articles and contributions to edited volumes. His latest book received the University of Luxembourg’s Best Thesis Award. Additionally, Dr Zinonos is an alumnus of the University of Strasbourg, the College of Europe, and the René Cassin Human Rights Clinic.
