Nereo Zamaro

Nereo is Professor of Statistics and Data Science at the National School of Administration (SNA) in Italy, and Instructor of Methods of Social Research (Mixed Methods) at Luiss University. Formerly, he served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Digital Transition at the Italian National Statistics Institute (ISTAT). In his role as Research Director at ISTAT, he was responsible for overseeing the division dedicated to the production of official statistics on public administrations, public finance, social protection, and non-profit institutions. He is an expert in policy evaluation methods and organisational performance measurement.
