Prof. Marja G. Elsinga holds the Chair Housing Institutions & Governance in the Faculty of Architecture of Delft University of Technology. She teaches housing institutions, policies and markets at bachelor, master and PhD level and emphasizes the fact that housing is a basic need, a social infrastructure and financial asset. She has wide experience in leading policy relevant research for housing providers, consumers, developers and local, national and European government bodies and publishing on these topics. She supervises PhD students from across the globe on the topic of organizing adequate housing for all.
