Professional experience

Giovanna Belisário joined EIPA in 2022 as part of the CAF European Resource Centre Team. She works with different projects related to the CAF quality model and also supports public sector organisations in their CAF implementation journey. She additionally assists in the delivery of training courses on CAF and Knowledge Management.

Giovanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po-Paris and PUC-RJ, and a Master’s Degree in European Studies, with a specialisation in Global Policy and Governance Challenges from Maastricht University.

Prior to joining EIPA, she worked with International Human Resources for 4 years, in different international companies.
