Elisa Moro

Elisa Moro is the data protection specialist and legal adviser in the unit of the Data Protection Officer at the Council of the European Union. Before joining the Data Protection Unit she worked as a référendaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union and as member of the Council Legal Service.

She holds a Phd in European Private Law at the University of Roma Tre and a LLM at the College of Europe in Bruges.
