Elisa Moro

Council of the European Union

Elisa Moro is the Data Protection Officer of the Council of the European Union – Head of the Data Protection Unit at the Council of the European Union. Before joining the Data Protection Unit she worked as a référendaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union and as a member of the Council Legal Service.

She holds a PhD in European Private Law at the University of Roma Tre and an LLM in European Law at the College of Europe in Bruges.
