About MELS
MELS is designed for legal professionals who wish to deepen their expertise in EU law while balancing their careers. Developed with the Centre Européen Universitaire (CEU), the programme combines a solid foundation in European integration with practical skills to address complex legal and policy questions. Participants benefit from interactive online lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, webinars, and guided distance learning. Learning is further enriched through four academic weekends per semester, where students engage in intensive, practice-oriented sessions. Previous cohorts have explored topics ranging from AI governance in the EU to the evolution of delegated powers under the post-Lisbon EU framework.
By its nature the MELS attracts very talented professionals from across the EU and beyond.“
