Paolo Giovanetti

Paolo Giovanetti worked at EIPA Maastricht between 2022 and 2025 as a Research Officer, within the Effective Public Administration team. In addition to the Benchmarking Study, he contributed to other research projects such as a study on the Institutionalisation of Quality Management Systems in European public administrations commissioned by the European Commission. His interests lie at the intersection between politics and economics, with particular focus on quantitative analysis and cross-country comparison. Before joining EIPA, Paolo studied at the London School of Economics where he obtained a Master of Science in Political Science and Political Economy. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Economy from King’s College London.
