Nicolas Pourbaix

Nicolas Pourbaix is Associate General Counsel and Executive Director at AMGEN, where he leads part of the legal team in Europe, Latin America, Middle-East, Africa and Canada.

In addition, Nicolas focuses on all areas of public procurement and tendering law, and competition law including pricing, supply management and cooperation agreements across Europe.

Prior to joining AMGEN, Nicolas was of counsel at the global law firm HOGAN LOVELLS, where he specialized in public procurement matters in Europe, advising national contracting authorities, EU institutions and agencies as well bidders in the course of procurement procedures and subsequent litigation before national courts and the General Court of the EU.
