Florian Poncin

Ad. Astra – Avocats à la Cour

Florian Poncin is the co-founder of the law firm „Ad. Astra – Avocats à la Cour“ in Luxembourg where he primarily advises clients on data protection matters. He is a member of the editorial board of Jurisnews – Intellectual Property and Digital Law and regularly publishes articles in the journal.

In addition, he serves as a board member for a non-profit organisation “APDL“, which is dedicated to data protection, and teaches at the University of Luxembourg as a part-time lecturer for the course „Law for Computer Scientists.“

Florian Poncin holds a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Louvain and an LL.M (postgraduate Master’s) from Queen Mary University of London, specialising in Intellectual Property and Privacy Law.
