Mr Maaskant is a Senior Managing Partner with Gartner Consulting based in Brussels and Market Lead of the team of Managing Partners focusing on the International and European Institutions including EU and UN. Mr Maaskant’s areas of specialisation include strategic planning, governance, and enterprise architecture. He has led and participated in engagements across the entire IT lifecycle, from developing digital and information systems strategies to selecting and implementing digital solutions. His experience spans domains such as policy development, strategy development, sourcing and performance management as well as business project and programme management.

Mr Maaskant holds a Master of Science (M.S.) from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is certified in MSP, TOGAF, PRINCE2, PMP and ITIL.
