Benno Ackermann is Managing Director of Wissenstransfer GmbH and a leading expert in knowledge transfer and knowledge organisation. He brings hands-on experience from over 1,000 guided knowledge transfers for key personnel across business and public administration in Switzerland and Europe.

His work supports succession and onboarding processes for experts, managers, line managers, board and executive members, and managing directors, with the objective of accelerating onboarding and improving quality and continuity.

Beyond individual knowledge transfers, Benno Ackermann designs and implements knowledge organisations in both business and administration. He views knowledge organisation as a continuous development process that keeps knowledge in flow, identifies critical expertise, connects it with relevant information, and applies practical methods and systems – including the legally compliant use of AI.
