Elisa Cameirano

European Court of Auditors

Elisa Cameirano (ACCA) is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor with 12 years’ experience in economic policy analysis, public sector audit and accounting standards, internal control and risk management frameworks. In Ireland, Elisa worked as a Senior Auditor in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General and as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment before joining the European Commission in 2020 as a Seconded National Expert in DG BUDG. In 2022, Elisa joined the European Court of Auditors as an NGEU auditor and is currently working on the audit of the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
