Professional experience

More than twenty years working as an independent interim, project and program manager in the field of (social) safety for the central and local government in the Netherlands. The primary area of attention is the cooperation between the government and its public and private partners. Specialised in change management, organisation, business operations, public-private and chain cooperation, coaching
leadership and ambition management.
Very driven and adept at people-oriented change and focused on feasible and challenging innovations and results for relevant and involved (chain) organisation (s). Looks for integrated solutions (people, organisation, culture, process, management) and explores new paths. Is innovative, innovative and knows how to captivate and bind people to new working methods and responsibility for results. Visualises the potential of organisations, teams or individuals in a practical way. Knows how to stimulate and make optimal use of the learning capacity. As a Strategic Advisor from ICTU responsible for the (further) development, support and safeguarding of
data-driven issues. Founding father of the data-driven ‘Zicht-op’ method. In addition, a member and chairman of the Advisory Board that provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the Directorates of Democracy and Governance of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and the Directorate General for Undermining of the Ministry of Justice and Security on multiple data uses.
