Eva Sejrek-Tunke started her career in Public Administration as a legal advisor and guardian at the Youth and Welfare Office, followed by a transition to the Chief Executive Director’s Office – Executive Group for Organisation and Security. Being at the heart of the organisational headquarters provided her the opportunity to actively contribute to the profound modernisation of the Vienna City Administration. Since then, she has played a role in optimising structures, processes, and systems as an internal quality manager and organisational expert. Engaging as an analyst, advisor, moderator, and lecturer, her focus is on bridging strategic and operational approaches to facilitate sustainable progress.
