EIPASCOPES

EIPASCOPE

Published three times a year until 2014, EIPASCOPE served as the European Institute of Public Administration’s flagship bulletin. Through academic articles written by EIPA faculty members and associate experts, the publications explored the key policy, legal, institutional and administrative developments shaping the European integration process.

Designed to make complex European issues accessible to a broad audience, EIPASCOPE served as a valuable platform for discussion, analysis and reflection on matters of common European interest.

In commemoration of EIPA’s 45th anniversary, we have opened this rich archive to the public by making all editions of EIPASCOPE available for download, including the 45th Anniversary Edition of 2026.
