CH@World 2.0 is Switzerland’s central digital platform for preparing, coordinating and documenting foreign policy. Developed largely in-house by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, it brings together diplomatic consultations, political reporting and continuously updated country information in one system. Used by more than 5,500 people across the diplomatic service and federal departments, it has reduced the time needed to produce country and thematic reports by 58% and avoided more than 11 million emails. The project demonstrates how user-driven digital transformation, automated data integration and redesigned working processes can improve efficiency, collaboration and institutional knowledge in public administration. It won first prize in the EPSA 2025-26 category Innovating Government, Governance and Policies.
