EIPA is honoured to have been awarded “Partner of the Year” by the Ministry of Public Administration of the Republic of Serbia. The award was handed over during the Student Professional Practice Fair in Public Administration 2024/2025 where over 141 public administration bodies participated.
EIPA’s Contribution to Capacity-Building in Public Administration
The “Partner of the Year” award acknowledges the success of the Study Visit hosted by EIPA earlier this year. The study visit initiative was an important step in scaling up mobility schemes and expanding knowledge, while strengthening cooperation across the Western Balkans.
Supported by the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) through its Mobility Scheme, it provided students with EU governance best practices, cooperation mechanisms, and career opportunities within public service.
The positive feedback from participants confirmed the transformative impact of this initiative, which inspired many young professionals to pursue careers in public administration.

During the award ceremony, EIPA highlighted the importance of professional learning, best practices, and support for the next generation of public sector professionals.
