Przemysław Grosfeld is a legal counsel and Vice-President of the Public Procurement Office of Poland since September 2024.

One of the authors of Poland’s 2019 Public Procurement Law, he played a key role in its drafting and implementation, as well as in the development of the State Procurement Policy. He has extensive experience in economic and public procurement law, having participated in the preparation of numerous legislative acts.

From 2019 to 2024, he was a member of the Public Procurement Council and, from 2021 to 2024, Chair of the Committee for Public Procurement Control.

He currently oversees public procurement control, education, and international cooperation at the Public Procurement Office.
