Minas Konstantinidis is a Legal Adviser at the Legal Service of the European Commission (Agriculture and Fisheries Team). He has represented the Commission in numerous cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

He has also published and lectured in the fields of environmental, institutional, and procedural EU law.
