Marion Dubois

Marion Dubois has served as the Executive Director of Passerell since 2022. Passerell is a Luxembourg-based NGO dedicated to improving access to rights for vulnerable individuals – particularly applicants and beneficiaries of international protection. The organisation provides personalised legal support, monitors recent jurisprudence, conducts legal research and offers awareness-raising activities and training on fundamental rights.

Marion is responsible, among other things, for leading training on asylum law and fundamental rights for professionals working with migrants. She also takes part in advocacy activities to promote the rights of refugees and asylum seekers. Her work focuses on ensuring that vulnerable individuals have access to the information and resources they need to assert their rights in Luxembourg.

Marion holds a double master’s degree in politics and international relations.
