Laurien Mues is a project manager at Nido, the Belgian government’s innovation lab. Over the past four years, she has been one of the driving forces in Nido’s initiatives, which include establishing a Belgian innovation network, organising the Belgian Federal Innovation Award, and supporting challenge-driven innovation projects.

With 15 years of experience in learning and development within the public service, Laurien brings expertise in facilitating various HR domains, including leadership development, agile transformation, and, of course, innovation.
