Giovanna Belisário

Giovanna Belisário worked as a Research Officer at EIPA, where she coordinated various projects, including the European Housing Policy Network, and contributed to initiatives on quality management, innovation, knowledge management, human resources transformation, and public administration modernisation. She also delivered training and open seminars on these topics.

Giovanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po-Paris and PUC-RJ, and a Master’s Degree in European Studies, with a specialisation in Global Policy and Governance Challenges from Maastricht University.
Before joining EIPA, she worked with International Human Resources for 4 years at various international companies.
