Professional experience

Frank Lavadoux is an Expert at EIPA, specialising in the psychological, behavioural and intercultural dimensions, as well as communication, in processes of European and international negotiations. He is responsible for training activities designed for national, European and international officials. He also provides professional support and advice for various national ministries and European institutions.

Before joining EIPA, Frank directed a consultancy bureau specialised in human resources, intercultural management and international negotiations. He has written papers on the strategic tools for international negotiators, and on the challenges posed for national administrations by the Presidency of the Council of the EU.

Frank holds qualifications in marketing, international trade and financial engineering from the University of Paris XII and the Training Centre of the Banking Profession in Paris. He is also certified in the use of tools such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and the Lewis model.
