Knowledge Management in the Public Sector: Embracing Digitalisation & AI

12 März 2026
15.00 - 16.00 CET
Online

The roundtable will examine the critical role of Knowledge Management (KM) in the public sector, with a focus on how digitalisation and artificial intelligence are transforming the ways knowledge is shared, preserved, and applied.

As technology and governance continue to evolve, public sector organisations increasingly depend on effective KM practices to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and foster innovation.

Drawing on perspectives from both academia and practice, experts will explore the intersection of KM, AI, and digital tools, highlighting the key opportunities and challenges arising from these transformations.

The discussion will also address the cultural and leadership shifts required to successfully embed new technologies into KM processes, and how public sector leaders can build a future-ready, knowledge-driven ecosystem.

Register below and join us on 12 March from 15.00 to 16.00.
