What is the EU Green Deal and how does it work? How can projects be financed under the Green Deal and its Just Transition Fund, Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and MFF?
In December 2019, The Commission published a communication on the European Green Deal, announcing a number of planned initiatives to foster environmental protection and combatting climate change. Since then numerous legislative initiatives have been issued, such as the European Climate Law, and it is not easy to keep track of all the legislative and policy developments, nor to understand how the funding works under the Green Deal.
This online course will allow you to have an understanding of all the environmental and climate change related policies. The course provides an overall picture of the current state of play of the legislation and explains the funding mechanisms under the Green Deal.
