Once Again, EIPA Wins the Framework Contract on EU Governance

Last week, EIPA signed a new multi-annual framework contract for learning and development services aimed at the staff of the EU institutions, bodies, and agencies. Once again, we have been awarded the Lot covering European and international affairs, EU governance, and policy-making. We are pleased to have been trusted with this large-scale service contract by the Directorate-General for Human Resources and Security (DG HR), European Commission, following a successful competitive procedure.

This marks the sixth successive multi-annual framework contract on EU governance that EIPA has won since 2003. Over this period, we have trained an average of 10,000 public servants annually, representing nearly all EU institutions, bodies, and agencies. Under the previous contract (2019 – 2024), EIPA delivered 2,115 activities for the EU public administration. In 2023 alone, we trained approximately 13,000 participants.

Key Topics Covered

Over the next four years we will provide services on the following topics:

Transferring Knowledge Between EU and National Public Administration

We will implement this large-scale contract with the support of our extensive network of specialists, partner organisations, and internal expertise. Most of our in-house experts will continue to contribute to the services we provide to the EU, enabling us to maintain direct contact with actors across the EU administration. The insights and input we gather from these EU practitioners on policy issues and perspectives are reinvested into our activities, benefiting both EU and national public administration practitioners. This positions EIPA as a vital bridge between EU and national public administrations.
