Sven Kölling

With a master’s degree in business administration and a professional background in auditing public finances within the German Federal Ministry of Finance, Sven Kölling has been working at the European Court of Auditors since 1997.

After several years conducting financial and compliance audits across various EU policy areas, Sven progressed to leading performance audits in fields such as the Common Agricultural Policy, the EU Internal Market, research, and cohesion policy.

Currently, as a senior administrator, he leads a performance audit of state aid control in times of crisis.
