Elpida Sofia Longinidou

Elpida Sofia Longinidou holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s focused on International and European Law from Maastricht University. Currently a candidate for the Executive Master in Law and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Liège and BSC, Elpida specialises in the intersection of law and AI, with research focus also on data protection, and cybersecurity. She is a consultant at the Hellenic Institute for AI Law and Data Governance, with a particular interest in the applications of AI within the EU public sector. Her research aims to explore the regulatory and ethical challenges created by emerging technologies.
