Aurélien Boronat

Aurélien Boronat is an assistant case officer (Assistant-Rapporteur) at the French Competition Authority (Autorité de la Concurrence) within the Health and Environment Unit. He is also co-editor of the book review section of the journal Concurrences. He is a former student of the College of Europe and a Normalien-agrégé in Economics and Management.

In parallel, he is pursuing a PhD in competition law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. His research focuses on the contribution of competition law to the implementation of industrial policies. He has published several works on this topic, notably concerning the control of State aid (IPCEI).
