The Covid-19 pandemic has fostered public administration to evaluate our public service in a regional administration (Grand Est). With the aim to develop the future of our administration together with public agents, using design thinking, we focused on the questions of teleworking, new organisations and digital changes. We went through three main steps in our evaluation:
- feedback with the managers;
- an e-questionnaire about teleworking during the Covid crisis;
- a design-thinking process to build the future for our administration.
