The Innovation in Public Administration award welcomes projects, focusing on innovation in the broader sense of organisational transformation. They effectively address societal challenges, including economic and social inclusion, that are the highest priority for stakeholders and thus enhancing public trust in the legitimacy and competence of the entity, especially where there is a history of very poor past levels of service and/or critical service failures.
