Natalia Nolan Flecha

Natalia Nolan Flecha is a Senior Policy Analyst in the OECD Public Governance Directorate, specialising in performance management and public employment for over 10 years. She leads the Expert Groups on People Analytics and Civil Service Surveys under the auspices of the OECD Public Employment and Management Working Party. Natalia has led several projects to support member and partner states to strengthen the generation and use of evidence for designing and monitoring public sector reforms and improving organisational capability. She contributed to the recent OECD initiative on the use of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF 2020) to strengthen the resilience of public administrations. Natalia holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the London School of Economics in Public Policy.
