Luka Boeskens

Luka Boeskens is a Policy Analyst in the OECD Directorate for Education and Skills where he is currently working with the School Resources Review team and the Teachers’ Professional Learning Study. He joined the organisation as a Carlo Schmid Fellow in September 2015. Since then, Luka has contributed to the team’s country review reports, conducted analyses on the funding of private education and co-ordinated thematic work on the organisation of school facilities, sectors and programmes. He has co-authored the project’s synthesis reports The Funding of School Education (2017), Responsive School Systems (2018) and Working and Learning Together (2019). Luka holds an MSc in Sociology and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and was a visiting student at Dartmouth College.
