Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate

Kirsika is the Head of Legal International at the Data Protection Inspectorate (DPI) in Estonia. Before leading the Legal International Unit, she worked in the DPI as a Legal Adviser for Foreign Cooperation. Prior to joining the DPI, she was in the private sector, working as a lawyer in several law firms and bailiff’s office in Estonia.

She holds a Law degree (MA) from the University of Tartu (Estonia).
