Isabela Puscasu

Isabela Pușcașu is a Project Management Officer at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), supporting the CAF Resource Centre in project planning, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement. She joined EIPA in April 2022 and brings a structured, results-oriented approach to public sector initiatives. Isabela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, combining operational efficiency with a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and people management.
