Godefroy de Boiscuillé

Dr Godefroy de Boiscuillé is an external expert and lecturer at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA). He is also an Associate Professor of Law at Côte d’Azur University (Nice Sophia Antipolis) and co-Director of the Chair “Competition and Digital Economics” at Paris Panthéon-Assas University.
He is the author of a book that received both the Concurrences Best PhD Award and the international Jacques Lassier Prize. He was also recently awarded the IOS Research Seed Money Grant (round 13), which recognises innovative research proposals of high academic quality and significant social impact.
His research focuses primarily on EU law, EU competition law, The EU’s Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act, and the EU AI Act.
