Fabio Filpo

Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)

Fabio Filpo is a lawyer with extensive experience in EU law and litigation, particularly in competition law, State aid and sector-specific regulation. This experience spans private practice (law firms), in-house roles (private companies) and, currently, the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Fabio has extensive experience in international projects as a competition law expert, including EU and competition law training for judges and public administrators from new EU Member States, as well as several projects supporting the development of competition policy and law in ASEAN Member States.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars and academic courses and a regular contributor to publications on substantive and procedural EU law.
