During his tenure at the European Commission, Dimitris Kokkalis collaborated closely with public organisations, focusing on innovative approaches to programme management and digitisation. As an independent consultant, Dimitris guides organisations in implementing projects within European programmes, emphasising innovation and digitalisation. With extensive experience as an external evaluator, he has worked with national agencies and the European Commission, evaluating projects related to innovation, digitalisation, green transition, and sustainability. Dimitris participated in the EPSA 2021 evaluation session and the Award ceremony in November 2021, contributing to the recognition of excellence in public sector innovation.
