Daniel Themen is currently a Senior Climate Change Specialist in the European Investment Bank’s (EIB) Environment, Climate, and Social Office. He is responsible for monitoring and assessing progress in the implementation of the EIB Group Climate Bank Roadmap 2021-2025. With over 20 years of experience in agribusiness development and land reform, his recent focus has been on the appraisal and monitoring of public sector investments and intermediated finance in the EU, European Neighbourhood, and Sub-Saharan Africa. Daniel is a graduate of Oxford University and the London School of Economics.
