Graduate in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, belonging to the Senior Corps of Information Technology of the General State Administration. Since 1993 having held several positions in various Ministries and Agencies of the General State Administration and since 2022 developing his work in the Digital Office of the Madrid City Council as head of the General Subdirectorate of Data Strategy.
