Angelas Filipas

Angelas Filipas is a Senior Environmental Specialist at the European Investment Bank (EIB). She studied at the University of Bucharest,  and she holds a Master degree in International Law with special focus on EU Legislation. Before joining EIB, in 2009, she worked for the Ministry of Environment in Romania.
