Achet-Billa Saleh is a Supervising Associate in the EU Financial and Competition Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in EU and Luxembourg competition law – with a particular focus on antitrust, merger control and private enforcement – as well as the screening of foreign direct investments. She advises a wide range of clients from the public (national and supranational) and private sectors (from SMEs to large and international companies).
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Achet-Billa worked in competition law advocacy for four years as the Global Head of Conferences and Concurrences Review. She also gained professional experience in competition law at the Paris Court of appeal and the French Competition Authority.
Achet-Billa holds an LL.M. in European Competition Law and Regulation from the University of Amsterdam, and a master’s degree in European law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
